LIONS OF JUDAH (#theLOJ) Whatsapp Community Guidelines

1. Be Respectful
   We value open communication, but it must always remain respectful. Personal attacks, hate speech, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated. Violations of this rule will result in immediate removal from the group.  To be clear differing opinions are welcome, but harassment or attacking someone personally based on their views or identity is prohibited. We seek to create a safe space for all community members.

2. Remain Mindful  
   With our most valuable commodity being time, please be mindful that each message draws the attention of everyone in the group you are in, so strive to enrich the collective dialogue with contributions focused on the group’s specific aims and goals.

3. Stay On Topic
   In line with the Lion’s ‘Born of Necessity’ philosophy, new subgroups within the LOJ community chat will be created as a constructive need arises.  Discussions should align with each group’s specific mission and purpose. Please refrain from off-topic conversations, spam, or promotions that are not related to community-building initiatives.

4. Constructive Contributions
   We encourage everyone to share ideas, ask questions, and contribute thoughtfully. When giving feedback or engaging in discussions, aim to be constructive and solution-oriented.
   
   To be mindful of everyone’s time Admins will share Calls-to-Action to engage the group in meaningful and impactful endeavors.

5. Maintain Privacy, Security & Confidentiality
   Respect the privacy of group members. Do not share personal information, photos, or private conversations outside the group without consent.

6. Support One Another
   We are here to help each other. Whether through sharing knowledge, resources, or offering support, this group thrives when we uplift one another. Collaboration is key to building a strong community.

7. No Promotions or Spam
   Unsolicited promotions, irrelevant links, or spam are not allowed. If you have something relevant to the group’s mission to share, seek permission from an admin first.

8. Disagreement with Respect
   Healthy debate is encouraged, but it must remain civil. Disagreements should focus on ideas and issues, not individuals. Ensure that your tone and words contribute to a positive atmosphere.

9. Admins Have Final Say
   Group admins reserve the right to moderate, remove, or mute members who fail to follow these guidelines. This ensures the integrity and safety of the community.

    We are building a supportive and active community. Participate, share your experiences, and enjoy connecting with like-minded individuals working toward common goals.
